The cartridge can be printed by modular screen printing machine or
CNC rotary machine, how to choose will depend on the distance from
printing image to printing edge. If distance is greater than or
equal to 6mm, can choose modular machine, but if less than 6mm,
please consider CNC rotary machine.
Machine Features:
- There are 2-color, 3-color, 4-color, 6-color printing models to
choose from to meet different customer’s needs.
- The machine is suitable for 360° printing of graphics and text on
the surface of plastic, metal and glass containers of various
shapes.
- Containers are pre-registered, surface treated, multi-color
printed and cured in one servo fixture, with accurate color
registration and not easy to damage the surface of the product.
- When the container is feeding, a visual positioning system for
the bottom of the bottle or the top of the bottle can be selected,
to solve the problem that the traditional printing machine is easy
to damage the bottom of the container.
- UV curing can be partially or fully used LED-UV curing system to
save energy.
- Can remove the last screen printing and UV curing station,
install a visual inspection system for finished products, and
divide qualified and unqualified products after discharging to save
labor.
- The machine is equipped with a remote management function, which
can solve machine failures and technical problems for customers as
long as it is connected to the Internet anywhere.
