Machine Features
Automatic Feeding System
The machine can be installed as customer needs, equipped with a
variety of automatic feeding system, such as vibration plate and
rotary feeder etc.
Surface Treatment System
This machine can be installed the surface treatment system
separately according to the needs of customers, which can
effectively solve the surface treatment of various plastic
products, easy to operate, and meet different needs. Before
printing plastic products, surface treatment is generally required
to destroy the molecular structure of the surface and enhance the
adhesion of the printed pattern; there are two surface treatment
processes, one is flame treatment and the other is corona
treatment.
No Part No Print System and Adjustable Printing Head System
If the machine finds no product on the transfer, the printing
system won’t work when the jig comes to the printing position.
According to the different products, you can adjust the printing
head stroke and the initial action angle of printing, so as to
achieve the best printing effect.
UV Curing system / LED Curing system
Customers can choose different curing systems according to their
own needs.
UV curing with mature technology, low lamp replacement cost and low
maintenance cost.
Compared with traditional high-pressure mercury, LED curing has the
characteristics of soft light output, long life, energy saving,
safety and environmental protection, wide irradiation area, small
space occupied, and uniform light spot, but it has the disadvantage
of high maintenance and replacement cost.
