Machine Features
This machine is suitable for multi-color UV ink screen printing on
round jars, caps, and similar products, while supporting decorative
processes such as hot stamping to meet diverse surface treatment
needs.
Adopting an integrated turntable design, it incorporates
full-process functions including feeding, positioning, printing,
and curing. The operation process is simple and intuitive, allowing
even new operators to get started quickly.
Equipped with electrical components from internationally renowned
brands, combined with a high-precision PLC control system and a
responsive touchscreen, it ensures stable printing accuracy (error
≤ 0.1mm) and trouble-free continuous operation, effectively
reducing maintenance costs.

The SR2048 Automatic 3-Color Screen Printing Machine with UV Curing
System is a fully automatic cylindrical screen printing equipment
equipped with a UV curing system. It has a wide range of
applications and can be used for screen printing on various
cylindrical (canned) and
lid-shaped products, such as:
- Food packaging: tinplate food cans, metal candy tins, plastic
snack jars, sauce bottles and cans
- Beverage packaging: aluminum drink cans, glass wine bottles,
plastic water bottles, beer cans
