Product Applications and Features:
1. Automatic screen printing machine for plastic soft tubes, round
cans and round caps. Equipped with auto feeding, electrostatic dust
removal, flame treatment, servo-drive registration, auto printing
and UV curing functions—streamlines the entire printing process.
2. Customizable machine types available as needed, such as inner
mode printing or clamp type printing, to fit different processing
demands.
3. Optional servo-drive configurations: either color mark
pre-registration or servo-drive visual pre-registration, for
flexible precision control.Two optional servo-drive configurations
are available to cater to diverse precision control needs: color
mark pre-registration and servo-drive visual pre-registration. The
color mark pre-registration relies on high-sensitivity color
recognition technology to accurately align materials based on
pre-set color markers, making it ideal for applications with clear,
stable color-coded reference points (e.g., packaging printing,
label processing).
4. Comes with a touch panel for easy man-machine interaction, plus
a complete warning system to prompt abnormalities in time.The
equipment is outfitted with an intuitive touch panel to streamline
man-machine interaction. The panel features a high-definition,
anti-glare display and a user-friendly interface—with clear
iconography, customizable operation menus, and real-time production
data visualization (e.g., speed, yield, parameter settings).
Operators can quickly adjust parameters, switch production modes,
or access operational guides with just a few touches, significantly
reducing training time and operational errors.
